Metaalunie conditions

All deliveries are subject to the conditions of the Metaalunie. These are the General Delivery and Payment Conditions, as published by the Koninklijke Metaalunie (a Netherlands organization of SME entrepreneurs in the metal industry), which are indicated as the METAALUNIEVOORWAARDEN (General Terms and Conditions of the Metaalunie), which have been deposit at the clerk's office of the Court of Rotterdam on 1 January 2014; Publication of the Koninklijke Metaalunie, Postal box 2600, NL-3430 GA Nieuwegein.
